Mrs. Barbara Johnson, teacher of the visually impaired, has been chosen as the National Council for Exceptional Children, Division of Vision Impairment, Teacher of the Year! This award honors a DVI member who is exceptionally dedicated, knowledgeable and a skilled certified teacher of students with visual impairment.  Mrs. Johnson is very dedicated to her students and is well deserving of this award.  Congratulations Mrs. Johnson!
